Meet and Greet

One of the very first things we do. We will come to meet you and your family and greet your family's pet(s). If you haven't filled out the paperwork online, then we can do it together at the Meet and Greet! We love information and we also like to keep the routine the way you normally do things.

WHY DO A MEET AND GREET?

We do this so we can meet you and your family, and put faces to names. (We are old-fashioned and feel that face-to-face is more proper!) And also to meet your pet(s) in their environment and so that next time we come, they will have seen us before, if we do Drop-Ins. Some animals are very territorial and don't like people that they don't know, coming into their homes, especially if you aren't home. So, we like to make sure it's safe and that we are a good fit for what you need.

After paperwork gets entered or you've completed the online forms, we will text or email (you a code to get onto our schedule and you will be able to plug in to where it best suits you and the times that you need our services.

You can schedule online or if you have an emergency, give us a call and we can get you on the schedule or work you in where you need us. We know that life shows up, sometimes when we don't plan on it, so put your trust in us and we will do our best to help! All animals are accepted! Even when they seem not wanting to accept us, we use patience and love them like they are our own! We accept people too!
